Satellite Event –
First International Conference on Rehabilitation of Dystonia
Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy are important features to treat patients with dystonia. Evidence for the best practice is rare. However we are going to present an overview of highly topical matters which may encourage therapists to either reconsider or confirm their treatment approaches.
We are calling for the First Conference on Rehabilitation of Dystonia as an incorporated satellite event of the Second Congress on Treatment of Dystonia.
Opening will be on May 9th, presenting lectures from F. Adib (Germany), J.-P. Bléton (France), N. Byle (USA), T. Kimberley (USA), H. Pickenbrock (Germany) and L. Zetterberg (Sweden). May, the 10th, we are running 2 out of 8 workshops before the actual congress opens at noon.
We are cordially inviting to submit abstracts for poster presentations and/or oral presentations. Dystnia Europe is granting an award of €500 for the best rehabilitation poster. Please follow the link "Abstract submission", choosing the topic "rehabilitation".
All visitors of our conference are kindly invited to participate in the Congress on Treatment of Dystonia Congress as well. Please notice the discounted registration fee for allied healthcare professionals and students.
We are proud to announce that the First Conference on Rehabilitation of Dystonia is accredited by the RbP (Registrierung beruflich Pflegender) with 8 credits, 5 credits for May 8th and 3 credits for May 9th.
