We can look back to a successful congress in Hanover which took place from May 08 until May 11th. Many interesting sessions and 65 experts from all over the world created a lively exchange between all international participants.
Top-class presentations led to active discussions – not only during the sessions – but also at the Congress Dinner on Friday evening at the Hülsede Water Castle.
Thank you to all delegates, sponsors and partners for your active participation and for making this year’s congress a huge success!

Dystonias are amongst the most common movement disorders. Botulinum toxin and deep brain stimulation have revolutionized their therapy.
However, there are still considerable unmet therapeutic needs.
This was the reason to organise an International Congress on Treatment of Dystonia in the years 2010, 2013 and 2016.
The response was overwhelming: More than 500 participants from over 45 countries came to Hannover for an intense 3 day programme, respectively.
With this continued support from the international dystonia experts, our audience, we are now calling for the fourth congress of this series.
As before, we decided to continue with our 3 year rhythm: Shorter intervals would bear the risk of repetition thus spoiling scientific credibility and longer intervals might sever predictability.
So, good luck with producing exiting new data we can present to improve our contents.
We would be very grateful if you could make suggestions on emerging topics in order to do provide the best service for
